Faye Bon and Tim Alford were both our buying and selling agents. I can not praise them enough! To make a long story short.... We owned a condo we didn't live in and found out our renters were pretty much hoarders, and we lived in a condo we were renting that had a drastic increase in rent. So... it was time to move on and buy our house. As I began my initial search I sent an inquiry on a house I was viewing on zillow. Faye called me back in less than 2 minutes.
